Bio
Over Fletcher's career, he has been a player, scout, and coach. As a player, Fletcher was drafted in the 24th round by the Kansas City Royals, then spent time with the Boston Red Sox, Chicago White Sox, and Pittsburg Pirates. Fletcher was also named as an All-Star in the Frontier League.
Fletcher has had various coaching positions at collegiate and professional levels and spent time coaching and managing in the Frontier and Atlantic Leagues. Fletcher also has scouting experience for organizations like the San Diego Padres, New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, and Pittsburg Pirates. Throughout his scouting career, he discovered twenty-three players who eventually made it to MLB.
